A filtration screen retains the wine skins and solids, preventing them from mixing with the free-run juice when it is drawn off.
The filtration surface is kept clean automatically by internal brushes, ensuring effective, soft, continuous separation. The liquid is pumped to the collection tanks, while the solids proceed to the press.
