- Nanofiltration and reverse osmosis on wine musts
- Micro-oxygenation assisted by technicians
- Inductive flow meter (high precision system capable of operating in any work situation, which can be fed by every type of pump)
- Full barrique treatment (filling, emptying, washing, topping up, controlling absorbed dissolved oxygen)
- Rapid clarification of musts by means of discontinuous flotation (with separation of the lees from white or rosé must at room temperature after pressing)
- Automatic box washer (for washing boxes inside and out, max. production 500 boxes/hour)
